Courses to Enrich Academically Advanced Students

Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) focuses on identifying and developing the talents of academically advanced precollege students around the world. Public, private, independent, and charter schools work with parents and CTY Online Programs to expand opportunities for their academically gifted students. This spring the online sessions include advanced placement, critical reading, English language development, science and engineering, world languages (Arabic, Chinese, and Spanish), and writing courses. The application deadline is April 14 for enrollment in courses starting on April 27. CTY Online Programs are accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Students may enroll any time for individually paced writing, math, computer science and technology, and science courses. Financial aid is available to students whose families demonstrate financial need.
