Grants to Close the Opportunity Gaps Affecting Achievement

NWEA offers Educators for Equity Grants to foster academic growth among underserved students, including those who are economically disadvantaged and English learners. Proposed programs should be equity-focused, evidence-based, culturally relevant to students served, and explicitly designed to improve academic opportunities and outcomes. Eligible applicants are US public schools or schools and districts serving preK–12. Faith-based schools that accept students of all beliefs and backgrounds may apply as well. Teachers, principals, and education experts can apply on behalf of their schools or organizations. Grants of up to $10,000 will be awarded.
