Guidance for Implementing a Coaching Partnership System in Schools
The Coaching Partnership provides educators with a unique perspective and approach to instructional coaching centered on mutual and reciprocal accountability for continuous improvement. Educators will learn to implement a collaborative coaching partnership system—one that will improve instruction and maximize student learning in their schools. The authors examine coaching best practices through research-based strategies, real-life vignettes, coaching-in-action videos, reflective practice questions, a helpful planning tool, and more.
