Sworkit Kids from Nexercise is a new iOS and Androidapp designed to get children moving with short, fun exercises. The app features workouts of five to 30 minutes in length (users select the length). Each workout has a mix of fun exercises, such as diagonal hopping, crab walking, and hopping on one foot. Users can choose exercises, or they can let the app create a sequence of exercises for them.
