Real-World Cybersecurity Challenges with Opportunities to Win Scholarships

CyberStart America provides a free immersive cybersecurity training game for high school students, with more than 200 engaging challenges, which students solve as cybersecurity agents investigating criminal gangs. Students also get access to an extensive field manual featuring video demos, top tips, and essential background information to help with the challenges. Registration is open for students in grades 9–12 to gain hands-on experience of real-world cybersecurity tasks and simulations that help them learn the skills they need to succeed in a cyberworld. Completing as many challenges as they can, students may qualify for scholarship opportunities offered by the National Cyber Scholarship Foundation.

Deadlines: Registration is open. Students can play CyberStart from October 27, 2021, to April 27, 2022. More dates around the next phases of the program to be revealed at a later time.
