Skills for Teaching the Earth Sciences

The Earth sciences curriculum, offered online through Penn State World Campus, can prepare you to help students in grades 7–12 master the educational objectives related to Earth and space science. You can take a course for professional development in the Earth sciences, learning from faculty who conduct cutting-edge research. Or you can take courses in such disciplines as geosciences, energy and mineral engineering, meteorology, geography, and even astronomy and apply what you learn in the classroom right away. The courses offer flexibility and convenience and are taught by the same distinguished faculty who teach on campus.
