Produced by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NanoSpace Molecularium introduces elementary and middle school students to the properties of atoms and molecules. The NanoSpace Molecularium is a virtual amusement park that students can click through to find free videos, games, and short lessons about atoms and molecules. Students enter the NanoSpace Molecularium through the Hall of Atoms & Molecules. From there they can choose which parts of the amusement park they want to explore. An interactive guide helps educators easily find the NanoSpace content by topic.
Through the Young Inventors’ Program (YIP) at the University of New Hampshire, Leitzel Center, teachers guide students through the invention process to solve problems while applying STEM learning and gaining 21st-century skills.
