To help prepare for this role, Reclaiming Digital Futures, an initiative of Susan Crown Exchange (SCE) and University of California, Irvine, has developed a toolkit that shares effective practices for equitable, youth-oriented digital learning.
ilovelibraries, an initiative of the American Library Association, is accepting nominations for the I Love My LibrarianAward, which encourages library users to recognize the accomplishments of exceptional public, school, college, community college, or university librarians. The Project is a collection of essays and literary works observing the 400th anniversary of the beginning of American slavery.
